Q: Can I get a copy of the letter that lists all the final details for preparing for the conference? (Venue, parking, timings, safety, what to bring etc.)

Q: Can we add more students to the group we have booked? 
A: Yes, it's easy. Use this website to make a new booking for the number of ADDITIONAL places you require. The online booking will prompt you to add your school name, and our system will match the new booking to your existing booking. You don't need to contact our office to increase your numbers.

Q: We already have an invoice for our booking, can we pay this by credit card?
